Working Hours
This is a full-time, self-employed position, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. There may also be opportunities for overtime, depending on project requirements.
Key Duties
- Install and service heat pump systems for both residential and commercial clients.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing systems.
- Work alongside an apprentice, offering guidance and mentoring to support their growth and development.
- Maintain the highest standards of health and safety, as well as the company's customer service protocols.
- Ensure all work is completed within agreed timeframes and budgets.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in plumbing and heating, with specific experience in renewable energy systems.
- Qualified with relevant plumbing and heating certifications.
- A full driving license.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, with a customer-first attitude.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to mentor and work alongside an apprentice.
- Self-motivated and driven to deliver high-quality results.
